Manual measurement processes with the use of cutting-edge IT systems (Smart Scope OGP) ensure project validation and the dimensional measurement of the parts obtained.
The tooling department carries out each project in complete compliance with the specifications of the client and product, with personnel highly specialized in the use of the most modern machinery, including Charmilles wire cutting machines (Robofil 310 and 440) and a CNC Mikron (VCE 750) machining center.
The die cutting department is equipped with 35 to 130-tonne automated presses enabling us to provide our clients with small and large production batches under scrupulous control.
